MLM Structure
Compensation Plan
1. Retail Commissions:
- Retail Profit is paid on ALL retail orders placed online or over the phone.
- Earn the difference between the retail selling price and the wholesale distributor price.
2. Fast Start Bonus:
- Earn up to 20% Fast Start commission on each personally enrolled new member (1st level)
- Earn an additional 5-10% on each new member enrolled by someone that you enrolled. (2nd level)
- FSB percentages are calculated based on your Personal Autoship. (Order within last 4 weeks)
- FSB are paid on 50% of the first order – Pays every Friday!
3. Get it Free Bonus:
- The “Get it Free” Bonus is paid out immediately to the enroller on the difference between the
wholesale price and the total Commissionable Volume CV. (see table below).
- GFB bonus is paid on ALL future autoships of the enroller’s personally sponsored members.
- GFB bonus was created to help each member “Get it Free” by paying commissions up to no more
than their personal autoship amount.
Example: If you are on a $119.95 autoship and you personally enroll 3 members who are on a $239.95
autoship, then your “Get it Free” bonus is (3 x $39.95 = $119.85). Depending on your personal autoship
it will take 2-6 people for you to break even on your autoship each month.
4. Active Enroller Bonus:
- A total of 1% of company net profits will be paid through our Enroller Bonus pool.
- Earn 1 share for every 25 active personal enrollments with an autoship order of $119.95 or more.
- This pool is calculated monthly based on all active autoship orders within previous 4 week period.
5. Binary Team Cycle Bonus:
- When you join Zus Health you will be placed into our Binary on either the Left or Right side of
your personal enroller. Each time you accumulate a total of 600 in volume, with at least 200cv
coming from one side, you will earn $25. (This is called a “Cycle”).
- Earn down unlimited levels! Everyone in your binary counts toward your commissionable volume.
- You must qualify by personally enrolling 1 new member Left side and 1 new member Right side.
- You can decide where you want to place new members in your binary structure.
- Binary commissions are calculated weekly and paid out every Friday.
- The week begins on Wed 12:00am and ends Tues 11:59pm (Cycle Bonus paid that same Friday).
- In this example… You are active with a minimum 100cv autoship and you have qualified by personally
enrolling 2 members. The Left side total = 1200cv, the Right side total = 720cv. This will create 3 Cycles
(1200 Left + 600 Right) paying you $75. The remaining 120cv on your Right leg will carry forward.
Binary Rules:
- All active distributors at Marketing Director or above are eligible for binary commissions.
- Binary volume consists of all auto ship orders, 50% of first order (the other 50% is paid out
through fast start bonus), all preferred customer orders, and all personal volume orders.
- A distributor cannot earn more than $12,500 per week per business center.
- Carry Forward Volume: All unused volume carries forward to the next pay period.
- If a distributor becomes inactive for 5 straight weeks all volume will be reset to zero (0).
6. Executive Check Match Bonus:
- The Executive Check Match Bonus is a perfect compliment to our Binary. It’s structured exactly
like a Unilevel, which means each level is infinitely wide and consists of a member’s personal
genealogy tree. For example… Level 1 is all your personally enrolled members; Level 2 is all
members enrolled by one of your personally enrolled members, and so on down through 10 Levels
of sponsorship. This bonus is designed to reward leaders who are building their teams.
- The Check Match Bonus is paid out as a percentage of the binary bonus calculated weekly.
- The Check Match Bonus begins paying at the rank of Marketing Director II.
- Dynamic Compression will be used when calculating the Check Match Bonus, compressing all
non Marketing Director II’s out of the tree.

Example: Let’s say you achieve the rank of Marketing Director V… At this rank you would earn 20%
of whatever your personal enrollments earned in their binary during the week. So if all your personal
enrollments combined to earn $1,000 this week, you will be paid 20% from this bonus. As you can see
these commissions can become substantial, and ultimately you could earn more from this bonus than
from the binary. (This bonus is NOT capped).
7. Founder Pack Bonus:
- Earn $60 each time you enroll a new member who purchases the Founder Pack.
- To qualify you must personally order a Founder Pack at some point during your membership.
8. Founders Quarterly Bonus Pool:
- A total of 1% of company Commissionable Volume will be paid through our Founder Bonus Pool.
- All members who purchase the limited Founders Pack will be eligible to earn this bonus.
- To qualify for the Founder Bonus Pool you must achieve the rank of Ruby for 10 out of 13 weeks.
- All qualifying members will share 100% of this pool.
- This pool is calculated and paid quarterly based on previous 13 week period.
9. Diamond Rewards Bonus:
- A total of 1% of company Commissionable Volume will be divided among the diamond leadership
and either paid out directly or used for special trips/incentives and rewards.
- All Diamonds will have an equal vote on how to use this bonus.
- The Bonus is paid quarterly based on previous 13 week qualification period.

- Requirement: Signed the enrollment form
Rank 2: Marketing Director
- Personal Volume Requirement: 60 PV
- Enrollment Required: 1 active enrollment
Rank 3: Marketing Director I
- Personal Volume Requirement: 100 PV
- Enrollment Required: 2 active enrollments (1 left, 1 right)
- Weak-side Volume Requirement: 200 CV
Rank 4: Marketing Director II
- Personal Volume Requirement: 100 PV
- Enrollment Required: 2 active enrollments (1 left, 1 right)
- Weak-side Volume Requirement: 1,000 CV
Rank 5: Marketing Director III
- Personal Volume Requirement: 100 PV
- Enrollment Required: 2 active enrollments (1 left, 1 right)
- Weak-side Volume Requirement: 2,000 CV
Rank 6: Marketing Director IV
- Personal Volume Requirement: 100 PV
- Enrollment Required: 2 active enrollments (1 left, 1 right)
- Weak-side Volume Requirement: 3,000 CV
Rank 7: Marketing Director V
- Personal Volume Requirement: 100 PV
- Enrollment Required: 2 active enrollments (1 left, 1 right)
- Weak-side Volume Requirement: 5,000 CV
- Consecutive Weak-side Volume Requirement: 2 weeks
- Organizational Requirement: 2 enroller tree legs with at least
one Marketing Director.
Rank 8: Ruby
- Personal Volume Requirement: 200 PV
- Enrollment Required: 2 active enrollments (1 left, 1 right)
- Weak-side Volume Requirement: 7,500 CV
- Consecutive Weak-side Volume Requirement: 2 weeks
- Organizational Requirement: 2 enroller legs with at least one
Marketing Director I AND 1 enroller leg with at least one
Marketing Director
Rank 9: Emerald
- Personal Volume Requirement: 200 PV
- Enrollment Required: 2 active enrollments (1 left, 1 right)
- Weak-side Volume Requirement: 15,000 CV
- Consecutive Weak-side Volume Requirement: 2 weeks
- Organizational Requirement: 3 enroller tree legs with at least
one Marketing Director I
Rank 10: Diamond
- Personal Volume Requirement: 200 PV
- Enrollment Required: 2 active enrollments (1 left, 1 right)
- Weak-side Volume Requirement: 25,000 CV
- Consecutive Weak-side Volume Requirement: 3 weeks
- Organizational Requirement: 4 enroller tree legs with at least
one Marketing Director I
Rank 11: Double Diamond
- Personal Volume Requirement: 200 PV
- Enrollment Required: 2 active enrollments (1 left, 1 right)
- Weak-side Volume Requirement: n/a
- Consecutive Weak-side Volume Requirement: 2 weeks
- Organizational Requirement: 3 enroller tree legs with at least
one Marketing Director I.
- Enroller Tree Volume: 60,000 CV.
